Hi, I’m Lena - a yoga teacher, plant-based retreat chef, and somatic bodyworker with a PhD degree in food science.

Yoga has been a constant thread throughout my life. My journey with yoga began before I was even born - when my mother practiced during her pregnancy with me. Growing up, I was surrounded by a sense of spiritual depth and the quiet knowing that there’s more to life than what meets the eye. I consciously connected with the teachings of yoga in my early twenties, drawn by a longing for deeper connection, truth, and resilience.

For over a decade, yoga has offered me a daily anchor - a place to come home to myself through movement, breath, and presence. It’s a space where I meet myself fully - in the joy and the mess, the stillness and the chaos. A practice of embodiment, of shedding and softening, of embracing the unknown and trusting in the wisdom that lies within my body.

In my classes, I offer a space that is nourishing, warm, and embracing — a space where you can slow down, tune in, and remember the language of your own body. I hold space with deep care, honouring the ritual of shared practice and the quiet strength that comes from showing up, just as you are.

As yoga began reshaping my inner world, it also led me to reconsider how I nourish myself on all levels — through food, environment, thought, and intention. That journey led me to a plant-based lifestyle and ignited my passion for cooking. Today, I love creating vibrant, soulful meals as a retreat chef, weaving nourishment into everything I do. I believe that food, much like yoga, is a practice of love and connection.

In 2022, I traveled to Mexico during a personal healing chapter and came along The Triple Vagal Method™ (TVM) - a profound somatic approach to nervous system regulation. The work resonated with me deeply, and I soon felt called to study and share it. I’m honoured to be the first to offer TVM in Denmark and Scandinavia, supporting others in reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies through gentle, transformative sessions.

My practice and teaching are inspired by life itself — the cycles of nature, the emotions that move through me, the people I meet, and the beauty of everyday rituals. Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, preparing a retreat meal, or holding space in a somatic session, my intention is always the same: to invite softness, presence, and connection.

Rooted in compassion and creativity, I aim to live - and teach - in a way that helps build a kinder, more conscious world.
