HOLISTIC CULINARY autumn RETREAT

by Lena & PHOEBE

5 - 8 NOVEMBER 2026

Valldemossa, Mallorca

A four-day retreat centred around holistic food, movement and embodied living.

The way we nourish ourselves is shaped not only by what we eat, but by how we live. how we move, rest, connect and experience our everyday lives. Our approach to holistic living recognises that food, movement, rest, mindfulness and connection all shape one another. Rather than rules to follow, we see them as practices that can help us listen more closely to ourselves and what we need. There is no single way to find balance, and our needs naturally shift from day to day and season to season. Food sits at the heart of it all: a way to care for ourselves, connect with others and bring more joy into everyday life.

Over four days in the mountains of Mallorca, we’ll explore this through seasonal cooking, shared meals, movement and moments of reflection. Rooted in seasonality, simplicity and intuition, we’ll explore the relationship between what we eat, how we live and how we feel - and how food can be nourishing, creative and deeply pleasurable. As autumn begins to turn towards winter, this is an invitation to step away from everyday life, learn something new and reconnect with yourself, with others and with the nature around us.

Join us for delicious days of feel-good food, deep talks and community.

Meet phoebe & lena

We are two friends brought together by a love of delicious food, deep talks and belly laughs, time in nature, and creating experiences that invite people to be fully present.

Our paths have been different, but our approaches naturally complement one another.

Phoebe’s work is rooted in holistic nutrition, Ayurveda and the belief that food can be both nourishing and joyful. Through VENN, she creates dining experiences that celebrate seasonal ingredients, family-style meals and the connection that happens around the table.

With a background as a holistic plant-based chef, yoga teacher and PhD in food chemistry, Lena explores the relationship between nourishment, movement and the body. Her approach is deeply embodied, inviting us to connect more intimately with ourselves and rediscover pleasure in how we nourish and inhabit our bodies.

This retreat brings our worlds together through the things we love most: cooking, learning, moving, sharing and gathering around the table.

We cannot wait to welcome you to Mallorca.

our food

Our retreat takes place at the turning point between autumn and winter, when nature begins to settle and the food we crave becomes warmer and more grounding.

Together, we’ll cook and share seasonal, plant-based meals inspired by Mallorca’s produce and principles of the Ayurvedic kitchen. Think autumn vegetables, pumpkins and squash, dark leafy greens, legumes, herbs, fruits and warming spices prepared simply and generously.

Through cooking workshops, shared meals and a visit to a local market, we’ll explore how nourishing food can be exciting, colourful and full of flavour.

All meals, snacks, teas and coffees are included.

We can accommodate allergies and intolerances wherever possible. Please share all dietary requirements with us at least 30 days before the retreat begins.

OUR FINCA

Our home for the retreat is a beautiful finca in Valldemossa, nestled among the mountains and olive groves of the Serra de Tramuntana.

Traditional Mallorcan architecture meets a simple, modern aesthetic, with a spacious kitchen, outdoor dining terrace, swimming pool and plenty of quiet corners. Individual cottages offer privacy and intimacy, while the shared spaces invite us to cook, eat and gather together.

Between activities, the finca is yours to enjoy: swim, read, wander through the surroundings or simply spend some time doing very little.

The retreat is intentionally intimate, with space for just 8-10 guests and a choice of shared or private accommodation (only 2 private rooms).

All rooms are peaceful and comfortable, offering a place to retreat and recharge throughout your stay.

our experience

Mornings begin with movement, followed by a light breakfast and journalling prompts inspired by the theme of the day. A quiet opportunity to check in with yourself before the day unfolds.

After breakfast, we’ll come together for a workshop or experience. From plant-based cooking with Lena and Ayurvedic nutrition with Phoebe to visiting a local farmers market and discovering Mallorca’s seasonal produce, the programme is designed to offer a balance of learning and experiencing.

Afternoons are spacious and largely yours. Relax by the pool, explore the landscape, hike in the Serra de Tramuntana or, weather permitting, visit the coast. There will always be an invitation to join, but also the freedom to rest and follow what feels right for you.

As evening arrives, we’ll gather around the table for dinner. Meals are shared family-style, with simple practices that invite more presence and appreciation. Afterwards, the day winds down with digestive tea, yin yoga or time around the fire.
